Yes, D&S Constructions collects a booking amount of approximately 2% of the total home construction cost. Additionally, we conduct digital surveys, soil tests, and create a floor plan.
Typically, a house construction project takes between 6 to 14 months to complete. The standard timeline includes approximately 5 months for constructing the first floor, and 1.5 months for each subsequent floor, depending on factors like space, built-up area, location, design, and construction type (foundation or core). You can monitor your project progress, including updates, inspection reports, and payment schedules, through our customer app.
No, the payment structure is based on a personalized schedule tailored to the construction stages of your project. Initially, we require a 2% booking amount. Once the floor plan is finalized, 8% of the total amount is collected. Our process continues with structural drawings, MEP drawings, 3D elevation drawings, and contractor allocation.
Following the design phase, the project management team takes over. At this stage, you will pay 15% of the project value until the plinth is constructed. Subsequent payments will be scheduled based on specific project stages thereafter.
